Um, so I kind of like waited.

She was a few months old and that's when I started moving into the office and shifted to all of my cases there, which I loved.

I loved being in an office setting, working on my own, having like a place separate from home.

You know, it just it felt it was a good fit for me.

To me, flexibility is so well, number one, it's so relative.

And number two,

I firmly believe that it can be as flexible as you want it to be.

It's such a our field where we're just we're so lucky that we are in a field where if you want to have that flexibility, there is a way to do it.

You just have to figure out how to create it.

And I knew luckily, I mean, I know that there are financial, you know, people have certain financial constraints.

And luckily at that point in time, I knew that we were gonna be taking I was gonna be taking a decrease in salary anyway, because I was having the kids.

So I wasn't gonna go back right away to my full-time job.

So luckily we had

prepared for that.

We had saved and I had a little bit of a cushion where I could have that quote unquote flex flexibility.

Um, because we had a but we had budgeted for that.

And I just think that, you know, regardless of whatever setting you're in, I see this all the time in the Facebook groups.

People will post about.

you know, really if you're in a school setting, the really, really heavy caseloads.
