And I knew that I didn't want to grow so, so big, especially right away.

I was thinking when the kids were older, it it could be okay to to have a bigger practice, but I really wanted, you know, talk about setting boundaries.

I really wanted to have some boundaries between work and family.

So I I decided to stay small for a little while.

And um I'm really happy that I did it.

Yes.

So let's see, fast forward to COVID, right?

So March 2020.

At that point I had four kids and they were

I the twins were four and Riley was two and then I had a three month old or four month old at that point.

So it like take covet out of the equation, it was already very busy.

No one.

I was just starting to get back into my practice right when like I was just kind of out like off of my maternity leave and um went back in to work.

And then that's when everything shut down.

So at this point, I was still like nothing else was on my radar.

I was still focused on sound speech.

And I shifted to virtual.

And actually I've never gone back to in person.

I've stayed virtual this whole time.

But what I did was I stayed virtual for like that first year and
