Gary was saying is that it looks like, it looks like, you know, they were giving up.
But trust me, when the team is 2-0 up against you, 3-0 up as we just saw, and they can keep the ball and make you come and you don't come well, one, two, they play through you and it becomes really difficult.
But the point that it is, is
What you should have done before being 2-0 and 3-0 down and then it's 15 minutes to go, what's going to happen?
You kick someone, you get a red, you get upset with the ref, upset with a fan or upset with yourself, and then you go down to 10 men.
It becomes too difficult to react.
The problem is I see, at times, OK, bear with me, so in the last weeks, if you take the game against Crystal Palace and Everton at home, you're 4-0 up after 30 minutes.
My phone was ringing all over the place.
Oh my God, you should see the game.
Amazing.
And I'm like, I want to get excited.
I want to go like, oh yeah, we're back on track.
And then you get the Bournemouth game, and then you get the Swansea game.
And I'm like, OK, wait, let's then see.
And then we got the game in midweek.
And then today, you find yourself in a situation where you want to get excited, but you cannot really get excited too much.
You can't shout too loud because you're like, OK, at one point someone's going to say, have you seen your team yesterday?
And so you go back into your shell, and it's kind of annoying.
It's like a turtle.
