But what they're doing, pushing both the fullbacks on, leaving Calvin Bassey and Jocky Manderson, the two centre backs, really high up the pitch, and not really giving them
a lot of protection from a midfielder.
So we saw you know earlier on with City they had three centre backs and Anderson in front of them.
Fulham here have got two centre backs and Shea Charles who himself is getting forward and sometimes leaving that post.

And I think even the first goal they conceded, it was thirty seconds in against Chelsea, they split the centre backs, they go long, and the three midfielders, as well as the full backs, all push on.
And all it takes is the header from uh Lacroix, I think it was, to get them back in behind and then and then it's a goal.
So it's very risky.
I think some things that we need to do really is is work on this kind of rest defence is what we call it, the kind of shape left behind when they have a ball.
One way would be to kind of do what Marcos Silva did last season and just tuck one of your fullbacks in.
Don't push both of them on, tuck one in.
And obviously that does reduce your attacking kind of output a little little bit, but it does make you a little bit stronger in these scenarios because the centre backs are just being pulled all over the pitch.
And especially when you've got someone like Jockie Manderson, you know, no disrespect to him, he's not the quickest.
If you're, you know, a long ball goes over his head and you've got a runner in behind.
