Let's start out with how will you know if they've released all the materials?
Well, one of the ways we'll know is there are people who have covered this case for years and I've talked to them in private and they know what some of the material is that's back there.
But the other way that we're going to know is the victim's lawyers have been in contact with me
and collectively they know there are at least 20 names of men who are accused of sex crimes in the possession of the FBI.
These would reside in the FD 302 forms.
The FBI fills out these forms to summarize or memorialize what a witness gave them as far as testimony when they interviewed with the FBI.
Yeah, you have all this discussion about judicial norms.
You have some lawyers in here, particularly on my judiciary committee, who say, oh, you don't release grand jury material.
That violates judicial norms.
Well, the problem is our judicial system has been woefully broken and corrupted over the last couple decades, and the Epstein case is an example of that.
He wants to create a provision of this law that would exempt the very people we're trying to expose, which are the men who flew to Epstein Island or in New York City and raped these women.
That's what Speaker, the result of Speaker Johnson's legislation that he wants.
Now he says, oh, we'll make sure that they are credible allegations.
Well, this begs the question, is he calling the survivors who witnessed here today at the House Triangle in our press conference incredible or uncredible or unbelievable?
That's the implication.
I have people, other survivors of other sex crimes, who come to me and say, thank you.
You give me hope.
You give us hope.
There is hope here.
We fought the president, the attorney general, the FBI director, the speaker of the House, and the vice president to get this win.
