It's very doable.
You asked me about the overall level of support.
I anticipate it'll be unanimous or nearly unanimous like the first bill was.
And then and then have similar prospects in the Senate with such a unanimous vote in the House.
The question is when will we get there?
uh some people uh may be braver after the midterms if they lose their reelection.
They may say, Okay, what do I got to lose?
I'll sign this.
Well, there's some weak legal arguments that the DOJ has used to withhold some of the files that wouldn't withstand scrutiny in a courtroom for more than a minute by any judge, Republican or Democrat appointee.
And let me give you an example of that.
In Epstein Files Transparency Act, the first one, we said that the the DOJ has to release all of the documents and internal memos regarding uh decisions.
Decisions about whether to prosecute and whether to investigate.
Look, that's what's at the heart of all this, Clayton, is why did they give uh Epstein such a light sentence the first time?
Why did they abandon the investigation of Leslie Groft and Les Wexner?
And why didn't they investigate people for which you can see even in the uh the files that you can see?
There's pretty strong evidence against Jess Staley and Leon Black.
Where are the documents that show those decisions?
Well, the DOJ has quietly, in memos sent to Congress, said that we are exercising deliberative process privilege.
