Well, I can list um at least, you know, three other categories in addition to the deliberative process withholding of documents that he has, he knows he's has and he's not releasing them.
I mentioned one before, that's the three oh two files that the FBI collects uh or or writes down after they interview witnesses and victims.
Um some of those are missing.
We know because people who interviewed with the FBI can't find their own files here.
There are redactions that the DOJ says they can't possibly unredact because they received the files in a redacted form from the FBI or the U.S.
attorneys.
But the law requires the U.S.
attorneys and the FBI to produce those documents, so they don't have the legal authority to redact them.
Those things when they give them to the DOJ.
It just requires some diligence on the DOJ's part.
It is the Attorney General's responsibility under my bill to produce the documents to hold the database, but they can't say, oh, well, this is how we got the documents, and so we sorry about the redactions.
They need to go back to the U.S.
attorneys and to the FBI and say, give us the unredacted version of the
Of those.
And then there's another troubling category of files that are being withheld.
When I go over to the DOJ to look through these files, I go with purpose.
I've got a list of maybe 20 different files to look at because they're three million files and it's hard to navigate.
So you've got to go over there with purpose and look for certain things.
Several of the documents that I want to look at unredacted are no longer in their database.
They pulled them out of the database.
