Yeah.
So I'm hearing it more, I guess, now, the more conversation I'm having is that change, the change management piece is the crucial, because evidently there is going to be changes on a project.
It's going to happen, you know, from a year and a half ago to now, there's going to be something else that could improve it.
It's naturally you're going to have to change.
So yeah, it seems odd to me as an outsider that there wouldn't be a plan for that on all of these projects consistently, which is bizarre.
How long do you think should technically each sort of.
iq or q pq phase should take on a project is it like six months six months six months like is there a set because obviously in my head when you're piling these projects there should be a rough estimate of okay well fat sat it's going to be this long and then iq or qpq will be this long okay well commercial engineering it's going to be x long you can it roughly would be the same for most projects
Is there a guide for that or is it really just product dependent?
Yeah, I thought, again, in my outside viewpoint of head, I thought there would be a template out there.
A rule of thumb.
Yeah, like all of these facilities being built, there surely must be the data out there of, okay, well, on these 100 projects, this is how long it's taken, you know, to do X part, X part, X part.
You think, I think...
Do you think then, for example, like Fujifilm's sort of standardization approach of like Cojo X or Novo Nordisk's sort of build one, design one, build many type approach, do you think the businesses that are having standardization of facilities are the ones that are going to be able to
not have delays because they know okay well we've built this this plant here it took this long right apply some lean operation legs we can cut probably 20 off by doing this we don't have to do all the design phase because we've already got it so naturally the industry should start saving time and not maybe being delayed as much because businesses are moving towards a standardization or
It might maybe just be more in the CDMO space that they maybe really drive that potentially because it is a replicate of what they do.
Moving to a topic I know you like to talk about when excited, so AI and digital validation.
Firstly, what is your take on AI in CQV and where is the industry today in terms of adapting it?
Really?
I didn't see that.
They actually just fully trusted it.
