Yeah, we'll um we'll dive into a bit about your career now and and your journey um and that transition you went from from uh pharma into biotech and then into to the C DMO world.

Um so going back to the very beginning, why did you get involved in in pharmaceuticals?

What was the your route into the industry?

What was the driver?

I think it's i it wouldn't hit you until you were probably fifteen years later on when you stop and you think actually I'm doing something pretty special here and actually when I link that back to to my father and that connection and the good I'm doing from that is it is is special.

It's special.

Uh no doubt he'll be extremely proud of uh of the journey and and what you've done.

And did you always imag

Imagine becoming a a CEO.

Was it ever the case?

I never imagined becoming a CEO.

So when you uh you said they're you're a n a nerd in your your your word of uh a phrase of of your sense.

Normally that type of person when it comes to leadership and culture and understanding the human and influencing and building teams, sometimes they don't often mirror in terms of go hand in hand.

So has that been something that you've really had to develop and work on earlier on in your career or

Or did you find that you were actually quite natural at leading people and and motivating?

Yeah, yeah, you've you've that could be it's the spark that's gone okay actually.

I can be yeah I can do a bit of both.

And what advantage do you think it gives you having that technical background, leading the organisation, understanding what is really going on on the the shop floor and in the expansions and things?
