He could get Trump there and then obviously the other one would be the durability with Kyler, but if he was able to what was it, two years ago, that was the season where he um twenty twenty four.
If he has a season like that where he can stay healthy until the end, it would give him a puncher's chance if nothing else.

This is more a managed timeline situation for Mendoza than it is any sort of competition.

You know, both the young quarterback, the young quarterback behind a shaky offensive line.
Geno Smith was sacked 55 times behind that offensive line last season.
Mendoza, he's coming from this RPO offense at Indiana, and we were talking before about his preseason debut.
This guy has a really, really good arm, but he's still learning how to read NFL coverages in a more conventional pro-style offense.
You don't want him sort of going through that education if you're not if he's not comfortable with that behind that leaky offensive line.
So again, the this comes down to more the work share than anything, but uh Mendoza's season-long passing
uh yardage prop it's like 70 per 72 percent of cam ward's I just think that that's ridiculous.
Cam Ward's gonna have the longest leash that they're not gonna yank him outside of injury this season and as far as Mendoza goes a midseason switch I don't think will be enough to get him over this number.
