So my oldest daughter attends a private school that specifically meets her unique needs.

My son is in the public elementary school, although since he's in the gifted education program, which is not offered at our home elementary, he gets bused to another school.

And then my youngest daughter just started kindergarten in our public neighborhood school.

logistics but you know I mean it's all good and somehow it all comes together but yeah it's a it's a lot you know it's funny you were just asking tell about your differently wired children I'm thinking about this and it's funny because as I've kind of gone through the process I'm almost beginning to wonder if all three of them might be a little differently wired somewhere or another but

I think you really want to know more about my child who is for sure differently wired.

And that would be my oldest daughter, my 12-year-old.

And she has a combination of characteristics that I guess kind of put her in this twice exceptional category, which is a term I learned about from you.

I know that.

I'm like, what?

But basically, some of the diagnostic terms that have been offered to us to explain, I guess, her unique cluster of characteristics.

Okay, because it's going to go on for a while.

So she has been identified with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, auditory processing disorder, inattention slash executive functioning weakness, sensory processing, and artistic giftedness.

Luckily, these were not identified all at once.

I might have had a heart attack.

Yeah,

And, you know, with her, too, I mean, some I've learned, you know, some children are maybe more severe in one of these categories.

And for her, the tricky part is that she's just impacted in many of these different ways.
