The final investigative report was submitted on February 7th, 2024 by investigator to the Title IX office for dissemination to the parties and their advisors.

Then on February 27th, there was a pre-conference hearing before the official conference meeting.

What do you recall about that?

There was a hearing set for March 14th, 2024.

It says, What do you recall about the actual hearing conference?

The report says in all bold,

sexual misconduct policy.

I do find that the complainant did not consent to the actions of the respondent and that his behavior was sufficiently severe to support the evidence of a hostile environment which interfered with the complainant's education at the college.

What did it feel like when you received the news that you had won and what do you recall about how you found out?

the Title IX investigator.

How did you guys feel about that part of the process?

After the Title IX was won, Luna shared with us that her lawyer recommended potentially pursuing a civil case.

What has that process been like for you?

I don't know what she was thinking, but highly inappropriate.

What if you had been in the class?

It sounds like you were putting yourself first and doing the hard work, which is difficult to go through, but in the end can really be helpful.
