So I think if you ask Mets fans, it's always about Gary, Keith, and Ron.
With arguably the best baseball booth in America.
But if you said to them, who's the singular voice of the Mets?
The answer is Harry Rose.
And that's no disrespect to Gary Cohn at all because he's a brilliant broadcaster as well.
But that's a sore spot for guys like that because they never do the biggest games of the year.
You know, 2015, Mets-Royals, Gary Cohn didn't do a single pitch.
Yeah.
Right?
No, right.
Howie Rose was the voice of that season when it came to the postseason.
The playoff moments.
Right.
And that's the other thing, too.
And it's also just the nature of radio and TV.
The calls tend to be more dramatic because you have to describe.
You can't let the picture can't do any of the work for you.
So the radio call is where you want to go because it's more of a descriptive call in the biggest of moments.
So you tend to think like, and I said this, I blame myself in 2004.
