Except I've seen, because we've got an issue in our family with this sort of stuff, that in the application for the subsidy, they have their own criteria which limits gifting to $27,000 a year.

So it doesn't matter what the law says, the rest time subsidy looks at it in an old school way.
Because you might have got rid of your assets, but they behave as if you haven't.
