And then we had several other candidates that that pulled two, three, four percent and the like.

So um

I I wonder a little bit about the Republican uh result because what about turnout here?

I mean, uh was it very robust?

Do we do we have a sense that really Republicans and we'll talk about the Democrat race in a second, came out and to vote in this in high numbers, or do you think it was kind of a modest turnout for a midterm election?

So what we're gonna have in November is maybe a real focus on that squishy independent uh vote, those nonaligned people in Kansas who will decide the outcome of this governor's race.

All right, let's shift to the Democratic side of the ledger.

And we had uh a couple state senators and the mayor of Overland Park.

We had uh uh Cindy Holster who uh actually prevailed in this race and she ran against Ethan Corson, who was uh endorsed by Governor Law Kelly, and and then we had the as I said, the mayor of Overland Park who came in third.

So why did Cindy Holster prevail in this despite

Ethan Corson getting the governor's endorsement.

So she's a rebel with a cause.

Exactly.

So to speak.

The uh Ty Masterson um he had or has already encouraged his rivals to coalesce behind his candidacy and go to the Capitol and bring sanity back to the governor's office, he said.

Uh I think there was some concern in the Democrat among Democrats that after a kind of a bitter primary between Corson and Holster would they be able to unify?

And Governor Kelly has endorsed

Cindy Holcher, correct?
