um of the man that she said she saw in this car and uh and had and had um nerved her.

And um we got to to see that identicate and uh today in court and I've gotta say it didn't bear much resemblance
to Mr Edwards um the accused over then
or now.
So um that sort of um throws another little
um spanner in the works uh o of the um of the prosecution.
And if you remember back to Mr Jovich's opening, he said, Oh well look the prosecution wanna paint this neat little pict pretty little picture of all you know, all these
you know, really um regular, common sightings of Telstra cars and, you know, the the man was basically the same looking and
Um seeing that identificate in in in, you know, glorious black and white today, um
That was one of the rough edges that Mr Jovich said that he would um point towards um uh within this this this so called
the living witness package of evidence that the prosecutors are are continue to bring.
Oh, I mean she sh she was very sure of the evidence that she was giving and um uh today and at the time.
But um there were you have to say there were significant discrepancies between her description
of of what the man looked like, of the car.
She said it was definitely not a wagon where as we know m all the other witnesses have said it was.
Um so I mean she was very certain of what she was saying, um, but whether whether it was completely accurate or not, whether her memories I mean, obviously her memory's faded now, but sh I mean this was based also on statements that she'd given at the time.
Um uh
She was she was certain of of her recollection.
Um and as I'm I'm sure Damien's encountered numerous times um uh
