And the first is the opportunity to own a space in a messy business where you'll contribute substantially to the success.
And then the yield, the returns.
And so I think we had a fully deployed 20% ESOP, which I think...
I mean, you guys can probably do the math better than me, but it ended up being in the hundreds of millions of dollars, which is great.
And so it was a mess to deal with at the end, as I was kind of like alluding to, but the best feeling of the whole thing was like to be able to tell people at the start when they were thinking of joining that like the reason that they should join is because they will get to solve hard problems in a low ego environment.
And then if it works, they'll get to share in the rewards in a meaningful way.
for them to then a couple of years later to be able to go to turn around and say like yeah well you know the median payout was four hundred thousand dollars and so um wow to go and get that and kind of you know think about the next chapter of their lives based on that has been um you know incredibly like like the best thing yeah yeah what a good feeling yeah i mean that must be the best feeling like getting messages from your team and yeah i got i got so many messages even like

They think of their path to success.
future wealth and future success and kind of the life that they want comes through putting their time and their capital at risk.
And so being able to give people a baseline, which this will do for a lot of young people, a lot of them are then using that to double down on risk, which is cool.
I think so.
