Another model is like, people can just be very good analytically.
And if you're very good at it, like there are many types of analytically strong people, but I think the ones that are the best are the ones that are able to like price things in, in, in very uncertain environments and just kind of use that as a prioritization framework, um, which my co-founder was an example of just like, like when you have a background as an options trader, you kind of know how to double down on your winners.
Um, and like, that was super powerful for us.
And that's the thing that you can screen for.
And I think the other one that is really powerful and impressive is like creative ability.
Um, and obviously very hard to screen for, but like, I think creativity is like massively undervalued and also massively under interviewed for, which is just like the ability to spit 10 ideas at a problem, you know?
And like in the podcast I got in trouble and I said this, I said this, like I told this anecdote about how, like, I actually don't think like ideas are cheap at all.
I think like actually ideas are really expensive and very hard to find.
And so like,
People who can come in and have low ego about having nine ideas shut down to then have one that works, I think is, so you want, yeah, I guess like there are three, there are three portfolios.
There is like, in my mind, like the worker who just grinds and that's super valuable.
There's like the trader mindset.
And I think those people are super valuable.
And then there are like the narrative or creative storyteller type people and they're super valuable.
So I guess like there's a broad, broad, like range of ways of doing things.
Yeah.
I think like...
To be honest, the thing that's most impressed me about both their CEO, Andrew, and then kind of their team generally is like the level of ambition.
They have a different definition of winning to what I had.
I had this definition of winning, which was like building a good company, returning money, you know, proving that we could do it.
