Uh but he was targeted five times.

So that's a lot for a young guy to be out there in his first preseason game that Eric Bienemy and Andy Reed decided, hey, let's target this guy.

He had two receptions.

Uh I think he had like twenty yards on those receptions, but um the one got called back, but he was targeted a bunch.

So they have a lot of confidence in him.

I I th I thought he played really well.

And listen, I and and Peter Woods, hey you know, um

I I I think as a defensive lineman uh especially you're not there's some big dudes you're going against and you gotta get used to that.

This isn't college where you can all you know, there's a couple big guys on the offensive line, but you may have a guy that kind of sneaks in there weighing about two seventy, two eighty.

Uh, you know, I know he even played in the ACC, which is, you know, good football, but but the reality is that uh you know when you're going against

those bigger guys, you gotta play with leverage.

You gotta play you can't stand up at all.

And he there's times in that game when his leverage, his pass were too high.

And that's one of the things he's gonna have to work on.

You know, I think Peter, I I the one thing that I I saw with Woods, uh it looked like he expected to go out there and make plays.

And with expecting to do that, which is great.

I mean that's what you want, right?

You want to go out there and expect to make plays.

But when you do that, you gotta do it with good fundamentals and technique.
