Well, one thing about Wrigley and the Ricketts family, they bought all that property around there.
So now, I mean, they put in that Gallagher Way, which is like a green space that people go out there.
They have a big screen out there.
So if you don't have a ticket for the game, you can sit out there with your kids and they can roll around, you know.
bum around doing things and watch the game.
If you're that lazy to go across 7-Eleven across the street, then you probably deserve to pay for that.
But like you said, the hotels they built around there, office buildings, mixed-use properties, condos, everything else, you're exactly right.
And that's kind of the way, as you guys well know, the way these ownership things are going now.
I mean, yeah, the ticket sales are great, all that stuff, but it's all the stuff around it that they think that they could make money off of around the complex.
And that's one of the reasons why when the stadium vote was up,
The Chiefs, they were not going to stay at the Royal Estate because they wanted that land at Truman to do all the other, you know, projects to, you know, bring people in, all that kind of stuff.
And, you know, it just didn't work out.
But that's what they'll have out of Kansas.
They're going to do stuff like that, and we'll see if it works.
