I, I don't think you as a low level politician have the authority to require a mask.

Um, and so I just challenged the authority peacefully.

There wasn't even a swear word.

And then I got up and walked out with the police and we shook hands and he escorted me up front to, to sign out cause I had signed in legally.

And, um,

And so we went into the court system to challenge the mask mandate.

And this far left prosecutor, Mr. Banks decided that he was going to elevate this to a felony and charged me with an unauthorized access to a polling place, which has never been charged to anybody in the state of Washington before.

I'm the first one charged and the first one convicted of it.

He says, I lost my access when I refused to wear the mask.

And that's what warranted the felony.

Since then, though, the lawsuit against the county is moving forward.

We're in some appeals courts in Seattle, which, you know, it's Seattle.

So we'll see how that goes.

We'll probably get beyond that to get anywhere.

The criminal stuff is in appeals.

My security clearance had not been revoked after all.

It had been suspended temporarily and it's back in business.

So now we're arguing with the company that they should let me go back to work, but
