I've only hugged Alex once.

Yeah, it was after we'd driven back from Edinburgh in 2005, I think.

We'd spent the whole month doing the show together and living together and just living in each other's pockets and we'd had an eight-hour drive on the way home.

He dropped me off, I got my stuff out of the car, we hugged, we looked at each other and he said, let's never do that again.

I think so, because you just sort of go onto these shows and you think, well, it doesn't really make any difference whether you're, you know, first, second, third, fourth or fifth.

You just want to be memorable.

It's all about just being, you know, being good value, you know, all of that sort of stuff.

But when you realise that actually if you win, then there's a wealth of opportunities come towards you.
