Yeah, I think there's definitely a greater degree of uncertainty in where capital gains are going to be going forward.

Partly because of the uncertainty around what level of aggregate demand are investors going to be adding.

I think short term, absolutely.

So ultimately, Australia will see a supply response.

Probably later rather than sooner, I would say.
