It's always bodybuilding is very s self-obsessed to an extent.
And it's always how can the partner support you in a prep?
And I also think there's the flip side of how can you still support them and not be addicted to them and not make the world revolve around your prep.
you don't make the world revolve around your prep and be a dick, they'll probably support you more and the relationship will be better as well.
Granted, there's bad partners out there that are anti bodybuilding and put hurdles in the way and yeah, defo.

It's just, you know, bruh, it's a WMBF show, chill out a touch.
It's not worth losing your five year long misses because you've been a dick.

I keep uphold some parts of the relationship still, like don't cut everything off.
Um I think it's if it's also difficult to ask for support, like in parents as well, but like if you've got a girlfriend that you've been with and then you've got into bodybuilding.
It's a very it's a big shift in the dynamic of the relationship that that wasn't part of your identity when you got together.
I think the main issue is when someone gets with a bodybuilder and then's like, no, stop bodybuilding.
Then that's their issue because you shouldn't have got with a bodybuilder to try and stop them bodybuilding.
But if it's happened midway through a relationship, it's a learning curve for both of you if they don't bodybuild as well.
So it's just that communication.
