Um, how to calculate how much salt you need, pink salt and low salt.
Do you have a rough calculation of what you do?
Yeah.
Um yeah, I agree.
I think it comes down to
I if you s if you're super anal and experienced then it really does matter.
I like to do
A thousand milligrams of sodium per liter.
Yeah.
But if you're gonna be super specific, if you want a super specific answer, the best way is a thousand milligrams of sodium per mi per litre of fluid drunk.
If you're doing cardio or a training session, I'd bang on another a thousand milligram there or sauna.
And then one to one or one point two to one potassium to sodium.
Bull.
Look at your diet.
Look at look at your diet.
If you've got lots of sourdough, cream of rice, cereal, you're gonna be racking up a lot of sodium from there as well.
If you've got a load of spinach, Brazil nuts or whatever, which potato, you've got a lot of potassium there.
So run your diet through chronometers, see how much fluid you drink, try and match it.
one to one and then I think a higher potassium to sodium ratio works works best as well.
Most people I would say are low in fluid and low in potassium as opposed to low in sodium on the general rule.
