We got bloods three weeks after his show, letting any like hepatic stress drop off from the auros, because the the stupidest thing you can do is get bloods one week post show when you've used some aurals because everything's gonna be skewed.

Post prep physiology was absolutely fine and his bloods were fine, so we we were able to rebound.

Uh and he was peeled as well.

So we knew he was going to be a furnace.

And he was reversing to the show for four or five weeks anyway, so he was relatively fresh.

So that's where a rebound's smart.

And that's probably one in ten, one in fifteen.

Everyone else straight into a health phase.

Trading down low, drugs out.

That might only need four weeks and then you can rebound after four weeks.

You might need eight, ten, twelve weeks dependent on exposure.

Um yeah, very rarely are rebounds, very rarely is post show the place to grow.

But it might only need two weeks and then you might be good to grow, you know?

And I've never rebounded a female realistically 'cause they're they they need recovery.
