I personally take a lot of pride at building a company that does top of the line, you know, best work that you can do because it's what our customers do.

And so the only way to prove that is if you stand behind it 100%.

Yeah, I don't know about stay in line, though.

I think this might be reversed.

And a lot of that will come out here in our conversation today.

But yeah, I'm the CEO and founder of Onshore.

So I've been doing this company probably...

five years or so now, five and change.

Before this, I was at a big giant accounting firm, top five firm doing this, same type of deal, but as a consultant, background in technology, and I figured what better place to apply it than here to all the people that we can help.

left, started this company, and then obviously fortunate enough to convince Tim to come join the resistance, so to speak, right?

At least that's how we like to fancy ourselves.

And have been loving every minute, right?

And the onshore name is brand new.

Yeah, brand new, brand new.

So we had a name before that made us sound a little bit like an accounting firm.

So when I started the business, the idea was, hey, let's build some credibility instantly.

It's a couple of letters thrown together.

But as we developed the company, as we grew, as we started offering these services to so many people, we kept coming up with this theme, man.

And it was a lot of our competitors, a lot of our compatriots in the industry to try and, to your margin comment earlier, to try and save their margin a little bit.
