Yeah, right.

At the end of the day, if it's not going to make sense, the last thing we want to do is...

And I laugh because so many people do this because they think it's a great way to make their provider's revenue look good or whatever, right?

The last thing we want to do is force somebody's hand and say, hey, we're going to make you do these credits.

And even if you can't use them or it doesn't make sense or it's a small credit, we're going to bill you tens of thousands of dollars and you ought to pay.

And if you don't pay...

We're going to get lawyers.

If it doesn't make sense, you know, if it's, hey, I got 750 acres and you look at it, hey, this makes a lot of sense.

If somebody says, hey, I got 1100 acres, but there's some weird tax issue there.

We'll just tell you and, you know, give you a hearty handshake and move on.

I was just going to say, I was like, well, that's not quite.

So maybe the actual upgrades, the hardware, right?

Right.

That stuff, depreciable, probably doesn't qualify, right?

Or shouldn't qualify.

That said, the time and effort, labor that it takes to install that, right?

That's all, that's golden, right?

That's all good stuff because it's, hey, you know, we got these upgrades to our planner, got these upgrades to our items, and we have to understand, is this going to increase our, you know, hey, they say it will, but who knows, right?

Is this going to increase, you know, our productivity, our yield, whatever it is, our efficiency, right?

Um, and so the time that you guys put on there and even admittedly, some of the time that you spend on those, on those first few kind of trial runs, I'll call them.
