It was just draws.
All the group games were drawn.
The knockout games were drawn.
Win the penalty shootout.
They got through to the final where Fulan and Cavani and Suarez and Uruguay ended up winning the thing.
But Paraguay are really, really up for this.
And with a little bit of luck and a win behind them,
They could go deep into the competition.
They're not going to thrill the neutrals with the beautiful purity of their football.
But if you like scrappers, if you like honest scrappers who are desperate to defend the colours of their shirt, then you could do far, far worse than get behind Paraguay.
