Because what's going to happen at the tribunal is you're going to have his teammate, you're going to have Wines coming in and saying, well, this is what I heard Zach say.
And I don't know that there's going to be another umpire within the vicinity or anyone else that can be called as Nick Foote's version of the truth.
So where are we going to end up?
We're going to have somebody having to choose which of those two stories that they want to believe.
But they're going to get to the tribunal.
They're not going to know either.
Like, it's going to be two versions of truth or โ
Their truth, what they thought they heard, what one person said they said.
And then you've got Ollie Wines.
He'll back up.
There's no doubt.
He'll back up what Zach Butters said.
So you've got two against one.
So who do you believe?
Or they just say, well, there's insufficient evidence here.
In this case, though, I'm going to say, they go to the tribunal tonight and they say, well, there's insufficient evidence.
I mean, we've got two versions of the same thing and they differ dramatically.
Therefore, we have to have a finding of insufficient evidence.
And it's just...
You know, like if you do the pub test on this, there wouldn't be a โ I don't think there wouldn't โ there would not be a sensible-minded person out there who wouldn't think that you could sit down and talk about this post-game and then not for it to be what we are now talking about it becoming.
