I just don't think it's appropriate for paper chase customers.

What they want to see is to be able to select across a very wide range of products almost at the same time and pick out the individual images and designs that they like best at that moment.

And I think to do that online as it is now was extremely difficult to do.

And if you look at the inroads that the online retailers have made to the British greeting card industry, it is pretty minimal.
