And I think something that they did change in the past year was the format.

So typically it is run as a live show.

So it's a 24 hour turnaround and edit.

And I do remember last year when it changed into a pre-record, I had a conversation with a producer on this and allegedly it was, you either go into a pre-record or don't return at all.

So that was something that happened for the previous season.

Yeah, that was what they had to say.

Okay, so is it a money thing?

Do we think it was?

I don't know the answer to that.

Like was it cheaper?

Because I'm assuming a same-day turnaround with an edit is pretty pricey.

What I've been told in the past, because Love Island also went through something similar, it was essentially live when I did it in 2021 and now it has evolved into being a pre-record.

It's actually the same production company that does Love Island and I'm a celebrity, get me out of here.

what I'm told and what I understand, the capacity is the same.

So the people are still editing.

Like when they get back home, they're still editing on that 24 hour turnaround to get the episodes out.

But there must be some kind of budget constraint if those were the two options apparently last year.
