I am super excited to just fully expose myself and what I mean is I lived in a corporate world for 25 or more years and all of the stuff that I did around healing and energy well it didn't fit into my corporate world and I suppressed that side of me for a long time.

Tina Sanchez is a compassionate, creative, and deeply insightful artist, stone medicine practitioner, and mental health advocate known for using art and poetry to inspire healing and self-discovery.

It just got to be so loud and through my art and my healing that it's like, no, I can't, I can't do that other stuff anymore.

everything that we did while we had so much fun doing it and getting up and moving our bodies and it was just this energies that came together from everyone and melded and it was it was incredible and It was at that you know that time and it was during a breathwork session with Jeremy that I got these huge downloads and

And they actually overwhelmed me so much.

I remember just sobbing after.

And it was like I had a vision of me being on the island in September.

And I was like, no, I have to go to the island because I wasn't going to.
