You know, I used to travel, we used to get invitations, and sometimes I would get one or two people that will come and send

And wines just for me to assess their wines while Lista was at the Eastern.

So that was that kinda makes you um

It puts you in a place where you know that you're a wine professional because you have to relate with everybody.

And being given that I was transitioning in a sommelier position, a sommelier is not just for one instead of one cultivar or one style of wine.

Every you have to value every wine, understand every winemaker's technique and why they are doing that.

So that's what makes white Osomilli is kind of more universal.

So it is a corporate company that owns restaurants, hotels, cruise lines, and um

resorts so my job per se I am a corporate sommelier so that's why I travel to different to their different resorts hotels and restaurants and just to focusing more on revenues so revenue generating sales and just more on the hospitality side that is my job
