um holistical approach of being a wine professional.

You know, it is starting with the whole viticultural side, how the grapes were found, the geographical positioning, the dinner range, the atmosphere, or what you normally call the terroir expression of that, and then being it from vine to glass, all that to enjoying a glass

Of wine and picking that favorite part of your wine or pairing it.

So that all kind of brings out the whole uniqueness of wine.

Hundred percent.

And uh the the whole idea being

Uh when I was studying why

uh people begin telling us uh some of these amazing flavor profile, aroma profile or you can call them the bouquets that you pick in the wine.

And then I imagined

One day because my teacher was originally uh my WST teacher was originally from the UK with uh Brit accent.

And one day she's telling me, Can you smell something like an elder flower?

We don't have elder flowers per se in Africa.

So I had to now relate that if I'm talking to someone that is African, I have to bring that African context to them.

I was uh talking with um with some kids at uh PYDA.

Uh it is a it is a non profit organization yesterday.

And as I was there, I said to them, you know, just imagine wine as animals.

What would you call a Cabana Savion?

Then one of the one of the students was like

E an elephant.
