Now to the latest primary votes in the United States.
In Maine, Democrat Graham Plattner has decisively won the party's Senate primary, securing about 74% of the vote.
The win comes despite a series of controversies surrounding his campaign, including revelations about a Nazi symbol tattoo that he has since covered up, and more recently, a New York Times report in which some former girlfriends described his behavior as disturbing, allegations that Plattner has denied.
Speaking to supporters after his victory, Plattner addressed both the election result and the controversies that have dogged his campaign.
Graham Plattner will now face Republican incumbent Susan Collins, who is seeking a sixth term in the US Senate.
In the other key race of the night, South Carolina Republican Lindsey Graham is projected to win his party's Senate primary, putting him on course to seek another term in November.
