Yes, those are very dramatic events, as she has testified to, that would be almost impossible to forget.

Y'all, I'm just putting two and two together. You can make fun of me all you want. Obviously, he now goes by Diddy. But when you call him Puff and people who knew them in that era still are referring to him as Puff, that's how he got the name.
Well, now he's love.
Oh, yeah. Now he's love. I forgot. Right. We're not supposed to call him Diddy. We're supposed to call him love. Well, correct.
And I'll add on, reading a story this morning, someone fell to their death from Mount McKinley. I was like, where? Oh, Denali. Like, it's just really hard. Sometimes things don't necessarily switch off or switch on.
Well, so we're expecting I always I want to say there's so many different names, monikers that we are expecting Jane Doe to take the stand this afternoon. What do you hope you hear from her?
Maybe she's just learned how to create boundaries in her life now because she didn't have any before.
I would say, who am I dating and who am I if I am cool with watching this and not reporting it? Right.
And what we're seeing in that courtroom is just the worst possible outcome of all of that. But Aubrey, as always, we so appreciate your insight and just the knowledge you have about what was happening and what is happening in that courtroom, but what was happening inside that inner circle of Diddy. Yeah. Why are they starting late today?
Um, well, yeah, we see what happens there, but we got another full day of testimony that's in the books now. So let's go through what happened for everybody yesterday. Again, as we sit here at this recording, court is about to get underway. So no testimony as of yet, as of this moment, as of this recording. So as we've been doing, we'll go through what a full day that's already in the books.
And yes, Brianna Bongolin, I guess the headline that kept coming out of that Uh, well, she was the, of course, ex, uh, or friend of Diddy's ex. The guys have been to her fine. And this incident rose, we've been hearing so much about, uh, we got it first person. Brianna Bonglin is the one that we've been hearing about was dangled over a balcony by Diddy.
And really, folks, a reminder, this was back in 2016. She was staying at Casey Ventura Fine's house, her apartment out in L.A. with another friend. They heard the banging on the door, and it was remarkable for her. Her first instinct was to tell her friend to hide in the bathroom. She told her friend to go in there and be quiet. So her friend...
in her words rose she um she didn't want her to be involved and be subject to some of the stuff that she had witnessed so she essentially just kept one person out of it she didn't want her to be subjected to it so the friend didn't see it cassie ventura fine didn't see it so really it was only diddy and brianna bongolin cassie sell some of the aftermath she said but
They're going after her in the cross-examination, at least, trying to poke holes in her story. Yes, we've seen defense attorneys do this. I don't know how effective it is, but little things she can't recall correctly. She told one group that she was a prosecutor that she was smoking a cigarette out there, but it turns out on the stand she said she was smoking weed.
I know that seems minor, but point by point, they are going through and showing different ways that she... has not been accurate in her accounting of that story. The point being, well, if she got some of these details wrong, if she confused, what other details could she possibly be getting wrong?
There was a lot of, I don't remember, I don't recall, I don't remember, I don't remember, I don't remember. That's effective where it can be or is a reason that defense attorneys do this. Because if you can't remember that part of the story, then maybe you're not remembering the other part of the story. They did get at her motivation.
She does have a $10 million lawsuit pending against Sean Diddy Combs. Right now, her words, she said, yes, I don't want the 10 million if you would take this memory away. That's fine. And we understand. But she is. It is worth noting. But this is the first time we have actually attached a name to it. This story we've heard about so many times about the balcony situation.
