With the coaching panel, so the the North Steel's part of it and they're cre created a panel, do they get informed about what the club's th th how they want to make that decision that as in they wanna th they they pick a best coach based on the club's decision to pick a new coach that'll be best for the club or as in like or or they just the the coaching panel selects the best group the best coach.
In t yeah, in terms of getting into the coaching system.

Yeah, it's interesting okay.
Well, and especially, you know, and interstate clubs will will know and and especially New South Wales, like trying to attract young assistant coaches who've got one or two kids and they're, you know, on and they've got to move them move their whole family to New South Wales, which is extremely expensive on two hundred grand a year or whatever it is, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for them.
Um so it th that part of the coaching's
really hard.
The AI part's really interesting.
I think hopefully assistant coaching becomes a bit easier in the next couple of years and
a lot of the coding and the time that they put it in that that's probably
ten hours a week, it that that comes down to two maybe.
Um so I'm hoping I'm hoping that's the case.
But yeah, it's um yeah, it's interesting 'cause there's there's a lot of good footy brains obviously around the league that y you'd hope continue on.

He won't go to Tassie, I don't think.
Um yeah, it probably probably shocked him into thinking, I guess, in the last couple of weeks and yeah, and you're right about his young family and I'm sure that'll continue to grow and um yeah, and he he said openly that he'll move back to Victoria after footy.
So yeah, um it's yeah, it's an interesting one and w we'll have has a bit to think about, I guess, over the next few weeks and so do the Giants.
But um yeah, he's a great player still in
had a really good year so he's he's he's certainly got currency.
