My first weekend there was opening up for Jay Leno.

And, you know, it was a big crowd.

And the jokes.

You know, on open mic night, you have to prove you're funny.

Almost on the weekends, because there was so much good comedy, you almost had to prove you weren't.

So when you go up there with these jokes, you're like, oh, my God.

And then when I did my first open in the 3,000 seat in the round at the Valley Forge Music Fair, I think, I forget the first, I think it was George Jones was the first time I did it.

It was a country singer.

I don't know if you even know who he is.

And coming back then to the clubs, just a boost of confidence.

Because 3,000, then I would come in and it was like, oh, this was nothing to me.

Like, you know what I mean?

No, they don't do it as much anymore.

But for what I did, it was pretty digestible.

You know what I mean?

So I did well.
