I started to, like, let's say 10 is the best audience member in the world.
They're all 10s.
That's the best.
That means nine, still pretty good, right?
But when I hit – I'm making these numbers up, but with some – you'll hear what I'm saying.
But when they were sevens, seven out of ten, I would sometimes lose them.
And why are they sevens?
They're not talking or they wouldn't be sevens.
They'd be twos.
They're just not giving me what I want.
