Well, exactly, Mike.
I mean, rising prices caused by the war in Ukraine, the blockade in the Strait of Hormuz.
This is colliding, of course, with weak growth.
I mean, just have a quick look around Europe.
We're looking at what?
2.8 percent inflation, 0.2 percent GDP growth.
almost 6% unemployment.
You know, they say that energy inflation is going to be 5.4%, but no one believes that.
They all expect it to be higher.
So it's giving EU governments a lot of food for thought because essentially, Mike, there's very little that they can do to protect the consumer other than throw money at it.
