Each of these companies, when something broke, we did work that unlocked a step function of new scale, but you wouldn't have known it until you got it.
And that's the lesson.
Sometimes things have to break and fall over to actually see what you need to fix.

This is probably back in that 2017 range.
We have tens of trillions of events now.

Our brains sometimes can't process, and they hold us back from doing things.
Sometimes you just got to go get the customer, deal a little bit of pain, and work through it.
