flying across like mountains and rivers and then I came to these mountains and I was going, that's kind of murder.

Flew across, kind of murder, and then went to let the frack conductory school where my grandad was, you know, and it caused a lot of trauma in my family, you know, him being there and just what was done to him there and, you know, what he passed on to his children and grandchildren, that sort of generational trauma, but

yeah we were having another letter frack on this big eagle and uh there was three creature brothers outside at the front of the school you know with buttons and you know belts and just looking ferocious and uh the school behind them just collapsed like a controlled explosion into the ground and uh an oak forest group big oak forest group where the skill was and then the few walks at the front just uprooted and just kicked them kicked the three brothers back and he just flew off into the sky and i just started laughing it was a i don't know it's

It gets down to trauma and just sort of brings it up and, you know, to feel a lot lighter, I think, since it's, you know.

So, yeah, there's loads of ways to heal, though, yeah, to keep the healing journey going.

Just so much trauma in this island, you know, that we just need to just keep on looking within and trying to heal, you know, and spreading that out to others, I think, then, you know.

Yeah, there's something going on there, yeah.

Yeah, I suppose we are there, but yeah.

There's something, the whole thing going on in me, I don't know what it is, but I just go with it, I suppose.

But yeah, it's great.

The greatest resurgence.

I had a thousand kids down in Castle Bear there two weeks ago.

I work with this group called Inspiring Youth.

This Philip Cribben, this amazing teacher from Galway.

Just trying to get kids off their phones, you know.

and just get them singing so we gave them a set list of old ballads about a few months ago and all these kids a thousand kids came and learned all these old ballads you know and they want to hear them singing I think Vicar Street was good I want to hear the kids singing but primary school they want to hear them just like Alvin and the Chipmunks you know Alvin and the Chipmunks sings the Dubliners you know it's brilliant a big sober sing song so that's what we're trying to do now yeah get kids singing

Get the sing-song tradition that it was rared in, you know, just keep that going.

Get the kids into just getting together and singing.

Singing, communal singing.

You can do it anywhere, you know.
