I just got off in the car park there, just on Mercer Street, and my family lived there in the one-room tenement, the Shanaghans, when there was all tenements there.
But there was a story about Paddy Shanahan walking down Mercer Street, he had one built on, and some LMA said, Paddy, you're out of the house to build.
He says, no, I'm out of windmills.
I don't think that's true now.
I don't think that's true.
It was a good one.
I put out an album there called Hold Your Joy.
It seemed that young people really liked it.
I think young people are sort of struggling with just climate change and all.
Just the anxiousness off their phones and all.
And the Hold Your Joy album really seemed to help them, you know.
16 songs on that, you know.
I've done a ballad album now I'm just doing another album now a new original one I'm writing about the stuff there's a HHC the kids are smoking driving them fucking mad HHC is it it's in the vapes or something THC yeah there's another one called a HHC it's a synthetic form of HH or THC and it's fucking driving them mad you know
So I'm just writing a song about that now.
Just as a warning, you know, with your mental health, you know, stop smoking this, Jesus Christ, like, have your, you know, have your mental health good, there's fucking, there's nothing like it, is there?
But when it goes, for fuck's sake, you can go to hell, like, hell on earth.
My voice is like fucking Marmite, you know.
Some people fucking turn that cunt off.
