There's far fewer of them.
There was an estimate that I saw that there's only 130,000 illegal immigrants in Minnesota compared to millions in California.
So
It again, hypothesis easier to organize, easier to get them to move as one unit, more clear leadership hypothesis, allegedly no idea if this is true, but Ilhan Omar as the sort of like top person that's able to coordinate.
