If they've never run a company, they're not going to understand that you have to make a decision about how you structure a company. matched

The easiest way to think about it is how many people do you have in the executive team, how many people do you have sort of in middle management, and then how many people are actively doing the thing. matched

And that is a huge transformation of the workforce, something that people do not fully appreciate. matched

It doesn't mean that jobs are going to go down. matched

And I think that's what we're starting to see now. matched

It means that the demographics inside of a company are going to shift. matched

I think it massively advantages. matched

The young, it levels the playing field in the way that we see in the studies of AI because what AI shows is it narrows the gap between your highest performer and your lowest performer. matched
