I think here in the U.S.,
80% of entry-level talent that go into the big four firms, so EY, PwC, KPMG and Deloitte, leave within three, I think three and a half years of joining those organizations.
And so my personal experience and being able to pattern match that against other people's experience was like that classic question, which is there's got to be a better way.
And that's what Forage is.
It tries to flip the idea that you get hired first and trained second on its head so that in an age of software, you can actually get trained first and then hired second.
And we think that that's like a far better way of doing things.
And quite honestly, it's the tool that I wish I had when I was at university.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, it's obviously super competitive to land jobs today.
Like I think it's always been competitive, but it is insanely competitive to land jobs today.
But I think one thing that we forget is that the gamut of choice that people have today is so much wider than what it was like 10, 20, 30 years ago.
If you take a law degree, for example, there are so many different avenues.
You can go into big tech.
You can go into small tech.
You can go into government.
You can go into the not-for-profit sector.
You can go into private practice.
You can go into public practice.
You can work domestically.
You can work internationally.
