They know what we're about.
And it's a far more powerful signal as to whether
someone's going to be great in our company than looking at like, did they go to Harvard?
Have they done their MBA?
Did they get a high distinction in introduction to Pacific politics in semester one of 2008?
They're just like poor signals.
And I would kind of challenge people, like how can you show value to a prospective employer before engaging with them?
And if you do that in a thoughtful, compelling way, you're going to stand out.
Yes.
Well, without being too biased, I would say that that's similar to what we do at Forage.
And we've got hundreds of thousands of students in Australia alone who kind of engage in our courses of producing like legal agreements, producing video pitches, producing email correspondence, etc.
producing lines of code, doing a whole range of interesting projects in their own time on our platform and showcasing that work to prospective employers.
And yeah, it's a fantastic model.
And we think that that's what the future looks like.
And that's what hiring decisions will be based on 5, 10 years time.
And the idea of looking at
what your WAM is or what university you went to is going to become far less important in time.
