It is.
Wages are rising faster than they have risen in decades, and they are keeping up.
The feeling, though, based on all of the uh the information they're getting, is well, it's not it's not that great.
Really?
Their spending is up.
Uh they're spending up.
Spending is up, their wages are up.
I think we've got to do a really good job down the uh down the stretch of emphasizing that.
And I think uh the American people, they recognize they're smarter than Washington and and these left wing media types.
Uh they understand this is an election about common sense, which is Donald Trump and Republicans, and crazy insanity, which is uh our colleagues on the other side of the aisle.

Uh it it has been.
Uh you you understand this didn't happen overnight, uh, Cheryl.
This has been going on for decades and uh it's been an irresponsible uh uh uh h handling of the uh funds, I would argue for decades.
And uh the the uh president Donald Trump and House Republicans are absolutely committed, as I believe our Senate colleagues are too, to reducing that debt and the deficit.
And I I think uh that will be priority number one once we get through these midterms.
We already had a record uh amount that we cut.
Unfortunately, it's like uh spit on a hot tar road in the middle of uh July, uh uh Cheryl.
