I would get a special counsel who can hire unconflicted federal law enforcement or bring in private folks.
There's no reason private entities can't help.
or private individuals can't help engage in these prosecutions and be deputized effectively by a special prosecutor working directly for the president.

She can provide counsel as to the appropriateness of some investigations and such.

If he wanted to, he could go into court and prosecute the case himself.
Can the FBI interview the FBI agents who are doing this?
Is the Justice Department going to investigate and investigate the Justice Department attorneys who are still on staff who are involved in this?
They can't do it.
And if they're conflicted out, you know, institutionally, they're so corrupt that I can't trust them to do it.
Plus, they're, practically speaking, conflicted out.
